01What is a Section 19 permit?+

A Section 19 permit may allow eligible not-for-profit organisations to provide transport for their members or beneficiaries without a full PSV operator’s licence. Eligibility and operating obligations depend on the organisation and service, so check current GOV.UK guidance or take specialist advice.

02Do I need a special licence to drive a minibus?+

Licence requirements depend on the number of seats, vehicle weight, when your licence was issued and how the vehicle is used. We recommend checking the current DVLA guidance for your circumstances.

03Can Automotivate supply wheelchair-accessible minibuses?+
