Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Automotivate Group
1. Introduction
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by Automotivate Group to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains.
Automotivate Group is part of the Trek-Group of companies, a large UK based automotive manufacturer and supplier group. All of our directly employed staff live and work in the United Kingdom.
Automotivate Group is committed to acting ethically, responsibly and transparently in all aspects of our business. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and expect the same standards from all organisations with whom we work with.
2. Our Policies
AUTOMOTIVATE GROUP is fully committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking within our organisation and supply chains. Our approach is underpinned by:

• Fair treatment of employees and workers
• Transparency in supplier relationships
Any concerns or allegations relating to modern slavery or human trafficking are investigated promptly and thoroughly. Confirmed breaches may result in corrective action, including termination of business relationships where appropriate.
3. Governance and Responsibility
Responsibility for preventing modern slavery within AUTOMOTIVATE GROUP rests with senior management and the Board of Directors. Any suspected or actual instances of modern slavery should be reported to a member of senior management, with all directors being informed of investigation outcomes and actions taken.
This statement is reviewed annually and approved at Board level.
4. Our People
We recognise that our people are fundamental to our success. We are committed to:
• Fair pay and conditions in line with UK employment law
• Ensuring all employees have the legal right to live and work in the UK
• A safe, respectful and inclusive working environment
All employees are paid at or above the National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage, as applicable.
5. Supply Chains and Risk Assessment
AUTOMOTIVATE GROUP works with a range of third-party suppliers, primarily including:
• Vehicle manufacturers
• Vehicle dealers
• Finance providers and funders
• Professional and support service providers
These sectors are generally considered lower risk for modern slavery within the UK context. However, we recognise that modern slavery risks can still arise and therefore do not treat any supply chain risk as negligible.
We assess modern slavery risk by considering factors such as:
• Sector and industry risk
• Geographic location of supplier operations
• Nature of goods and services provided
• Length and scale of the supplier relationship
6. Due Diligence and Supplier Management
AUTOMOTIVATE GROUP undertakes proportionate due diligence on key suppliers. This includes:
• Reviewing supplier Modern Slavery Statements where legally required
• Assessing supplier compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015
• Seeking assurance that appropriate policies and controls are in place
• Maintaining ongoing supplier relationships and dialogue
Where concerns are identified, we work with suppliers to understand and address issues and reserve the right to cease trading if adequate improvements are not made.
7. Training and Awareness
Modern slavery awareness forms part of our employee induction process. All new employees are:
• Informed of our commitment to preventing modern slavery
• Made aware of how to identify and report concerns
• Directed to this statement and relevant internal policies
Training content and awareness measures are reviewed periodically to ensure continued relevance and effectiveness.
8. Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement
AUTOMOTIVATE GROUP is committed to continuous improvement in addressing modern slavery risks. We monitor effectiveness through:
• Ongoing supplier reviews
• Internal reporting and escalation procedures
