Fleet of purpose-built mobile workshop and service vans
Mobile solutions sector

Take the workshop to the customer.

From tyre fitting and drainage to maintenance and mobile cleaning, Automotivate sources and coordinates commercial vehicles built around the equipment, people and work you need to move.

A productive workspace wherever the next job takes you.

A mobile service vehicle must carry more than equipment. It needs safe access, usable working space, reliable power, organised storage and enough payload for the complete operation. We coordinate those decisions before the vehicle and conversion are committed.

Built around the service you deliver.

Start with an established fit-out or create a bespoke specification around your equipment, workflow and customer environment.

03

Drain & jetting vans

Tanks, pumps, hose reels, drainage equipment and protective storage integrated with careful attention to payload and weight distribution.

04

Purpose-designed vehicles for specialist tools, demonstrations, training, testing, welfare or other mobile business functions.

Design the working environment before choosing the van.

The right base vehicle depends on everything fitted and carried inside it. We help connect equipment layout, payload, power, ventilation, security and access with the vehicle choice from the beginning.

  • Racking, drawers, workbenches and secure lockers
  • Compressors, generators, inverters and battery systems
  • Tanks, pumps, reels and fluid-management equipment
  • Internal, external and task-specific work lighting
  • Ventilation, lining, flooring and protective finishes
  • Cameras, alarms, tracking and added security

Organised equipment inside purpose-built mobile service vans

Every tool has a place and every system has a purpose.

Final designs are developed around the equipment supplier’s requirements, completed vehicle weights and the operator’s safe working procedures.

  • Changing and balancing equipment
  • Compressor and power supply
  • Work lighting and roadside visibility
  • Tool and consumable storage

Mobile service vehicles, explained.

01Can Automotivate supply the vehicle and conversion together?+

Yes. We can source the base vehicle and coordinate the specialist conversion, equipment, funding and delivery as one project.

02How do you make sure the vehicle has enough payload?+

We assess the expected weight of the conversion, equipment, tanks, tools, consumables, driver and crew before confirming the vehicle. Final completed weights and operating responsibility remain with the operator.

03Can existing equipment be transferred into a new van?+

Potentially. We can review reusable equipment with the converter, although its condition, compatibility, certification and impact on warranty must be confirmed before inclusion.

04Can the conversion cost be financed?+

Eligible vehicle and conversion costs can often be included in a business funding agreement, subject to the asset, customer status and lender approval.

05Can you create a standard build for our fleet?+

Yes. We can help document an agreed specification, coordinate repeat builds and refine the design using operational feedback.
