Our Story
In 2022, a group of seasoned commercial-vehicle experts came together with a clear mission: to break down the barriers that make commercial vehicle sourcing and funding frustrating for business customers. Drawing on decades of automotive experience, we set out to deliver honest advice, transparent pricing and a truly one-stop solution.
Since then, we’ve grown every year by listening closely to our clients and expanding our services, leading to expanding our team and moving to our premises in Kidlington (Oxfordshire).
In 2025 we partnered with Fleet Alliance to bring best in class leasing options into our panel of FCA-regulated funders.
With our acquisition by Trek-Group and using the vast network of manufacture & storage facilities within the group a further move was made to re-locate to the Westcott Venture Park in Buckinghamshire in 2026 to a more office based location.

Joe is the youngest member of our Team at Automotivate. Having started as a Fleet Sales Executive he has worked his way up to become a Business Development Manager. Having started with us just over 2 years ago he is now a vital member of our team. With a varied skill set, Joe is a problem solver and solution finder. He will help right through from sourcing a vehicle to the complete sales process including finance if required. He has excellent knowledge of commercial vehicles, especially conversions right through to being our minibus expert.

With over 30 years of experience in the commercial vehicles industry, I am a specialist supplier of light and heavy goods vehicles, I work with customers to provide them with customized and innovative solutions for their vehicle needs, from design to delivery.
I have a strong background in mechanical engineering and contract hire and rentals, which enables me to offer expert advice and support to clients across various sectors and markets. I also have a keen interest and knowledge in electric vehicles, having worked with EV Rightech, Specialist Electra Commercial Vehicles and Maxus. My mission is to help customers achieve their goals and optimize their fleet performance, while reducing their environmental impact and operating costs.
