This disclosure explains the commission arrangements that may apply when Automotivate Leasing Limited introduces your business to a funder through Fleet Alliance Limited.
1. Our role
Automotivate Leasing Limited is an independent credit broker, not a lender. We introduce customers to funders through Fleet Alliance Limited and do not provide independent financial advice.
2. How commission works
We may receive commission for introducing you to a funder. Fleet Alliance Limited may also receive commission from the selected funder. The existence or nature of commission can vary by funder, product and agreement.
Commission may be a fixed amount, a percentage of the amount financed, or another arrangement agreed with the funder. Applicable disclosure will be provided in line with regulatory requirements.
3. Our funding relationship
Automotivate Leasing Limited introduces business customers through Fleet Alliance Limited’s funding panel. We do not search every lender or finance product in the market. The funder used depends on factors including vehicle, availability, product, term, mileage, credit assessment and rates available at the time.
4. Your right to ask

5. Before signing an agreement
Review the quotation, pre-contract information, funder documentation and any commission disclosure supplied to you. Ask us to explain anything that is unclear before you proceed.
