Automotivate Group Acquired by Trek-Group

Automotivate Group, a leading specialist UK vehicle sales, leasing, fleet management and mobility solutions provider, has today announced that it has been acquired by Trek-Group, a group of companies all linked to automotive and transport industries. Some of their notable businesses include Equi-Trek Ltd, Cartwright Conversions Ltd, Hire-Trek Ltd and Safeguard SVP.

The acquisition brings together two complementary businesses with a shared focus on innovation and customer service.

Automotivate Group, which operates through Automotivate.co.uk and AutomotivateLeasing.co.uk, will continue to trade under its existing brands, with its current management team remaining in place.

The acquisition of Automotivate Group strengthens Trek Group’s presence in the UK and supports its long-term strategy to expand into the commercial vehicle sales, leasing and a full mobility offering.

For Automotivate Group, the investment and backing of Trek Group will play a vital role in supporting Automotivate’s continued growth and long-term sustainability, particularly in the current challenging economic climate.
